Relatively new hotel. Clean and well appointed. About a 2 minute walk from the Alamodome. Great place to stay(includes parking) if you are attending a sporting event at the Alamodome.

It was convenient to the San Antonio Trolley so accessing River Walk and Market Place was easy. Nice view of the city, even with the train station close by it was pretty quiet. Nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, and great little neighborhood grocery store. Hotel did not enter the second room on our reservation but great customer service in getting it taken care of and giving us a room with jacuzzi for the mistake.Overall customer service made this a great inn and we would stay there again.
Parking was limited.

Great location! It's super close to the convention center, so that's handy if you're attending any events. Plus, you've got the Riverwalk, sports arena, market, and awesome bars and restaurants all nearby. 🌟

Really nice stay, as always. Good food, great service and excellent view of downtown and the Alamodome. Location very close to River Walk, Alamo, and the river walk and other downtown attractions. A great selection of food options not very far from the venue. Updated and new-fashioned room, luxurious bathroom. Very comfy bed, easy check-in.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.
My only complaint would be that the bathroom wall didn't wrap all the way around, it had a gap to allow people in the jacuzzi tub access to the bathroom floor from the bedroom. It isn't bad at all if you're in a couple that's been together for a while, but very unromantic if you're a new-ish couple. Bathroom privacy is very valuable. This may only be a feature of the jacuzzi tub rooms.

The facility is brand new. Newness translates to cleanliness. That sense of cleanliness made my stay most pleasant. In addition, newness helped insure that everything worked; worked well (all plumbing, microwave, wi- fi), worked quietly (a/c, refrigerator). My room was well suited to business purposes with a nice desk with telephone, and adjustable swivel office chair. The coffee maker on the desk was handy when caffeine was needed to keep one alert and on-task. The inn is w/in several blocks of Interstate highway 37, which facilitated travel to various parts of the San Antonio metro area. It appears the motor inn was situated, designed, and built in such a way as to maximize quiet for guests. A guest could work w/o much noise distraction, and could sleep peacefully as well. The new carpeting in the hall helped reduce any hallway noise, as did heavy doors throughout the building. The view of nearby San Antonio's downtown cityscape was first-rate. If one wished to relax, the nascent tourist area of Sunset Station/St Paul square was a block away to the west. Another couple of blocks to the west was San Antonio's justly famous Riverwalk. Just a few blocks to the south from the inn is the Alamodome. I felt as though I was staying at a boutique hotel. The modest-size room was simply appointed and tastefully decorated in a modernistic style (stark white rectangular lamp shades, jet black table/counter tops and office chair). There's more; suffice it to say I felt I received quite good value for my money. I'll rue the day 50%-off room sale ends.

Extremely positive attitudes of staff were a big plus. They were all so helpful. Comfortable and new facilities made my stay great. The location was a two-minute bus ride away from the convention I attended.
A washer and dryer onsite would have been helpful.
